how about an event on Blue.... red can just PVP each other for good times/event.

I agree with this, world pvp happening daily is 10X better than an event once in a while, because it requires no GMing effort.

Turn down xp loss completely in some zones on a rotation, some random clicky drop and see what happens if you guys cant bring yourselves up to bringing down xp loss on the whole server.
