I'm sure there is some post in my history where I use the word gay, go ahead and trot it out. You missed the point though. I don't care that you used the word, I do care that you're trying to have your cake and eat it to. Just admit it was used in a deragotory manner and stop trying to claim it's okay because you don't hate homosexuals.
