How do i PvP better?

I kep dying to some asshole wood elves who then proceed to corpse camp me and call me racial slurs.
I also noticed that when you create your character you do not spawn in the training area with newbie armor quests, I NEED SOME ITEMS FOR MY GUY, HELLOO???
1 laste thing why cant i load upmy MACROQUST properly?? How the fck can iplay EQ nd PVP without warping and /runspeed 6 ?? KRINGE can u help me with this 1
