There is no debate here. Having harvest is a huge advantage in classic everquest

The argument, obviously, is that the spell is less effective than a level 16 mana regen buff.

Huge advantage? Nah. The only thing there's no debate about is whether or not it should be removed, because it should. I just find it hilarious how people point to harvest as their excuse for losing.
