I was thinking about a wiki when i started the post. But the problem with a wiki is its too hard to implement a way to check the information source.
To address the comment about the rush issue. Again i would like to state that on a current timeline of progession, it would seemingly take 2+ years to get velious done with out our help. And only a little less with out help. So...your right there is no rush. With that being said, there is also no reason to not help out, and no reason to not start now.
