You can't really claim "when it's just one-on-one we have to be nice" then in a raid or group situation, say it's fine to be dicks to one another. People will be dicks to other to get loot, and claim it was "just the guild", like that somehow absolves them of being party of the mass dickery.
If you're only in the guild for phat lewtz, that's fine. Just don't expect the rest of the server to treat you like your typical player just trying to have a good time - if there's no phat lewtz in it for them, why should they be nice to you all of a sudden?
That being said, I've helped out TMO people multiple times when the situation arises. I'm a sucker like that. But I can understand people wanting to "blacklist" some guild or another. I don't care if people "blacklist" me or my guild. My guild helps each other out. If you join a shitty guild that only cares about loot, and says "fuck your res" when they have a billion players, that's your choice. Deal. Doesn't make the other guilds on the server that have to live with your BS douches.

you think just because we enjoy end game raiding and the loot that comes along with it that we dont help eachother out ? It's the same pretty much everywhere. similar personalities.. similar experience/experiences... tmo people are very helpfull ide have to say.. and some maybe arent as helpfull just like any other guild..
I always go out of my way to help people and make sure things go the way they should (talking about pickup grps)
