Game Mechanics: patch PoFear trash mobs back to classic (i.e. no summoning)?

I know this was intentionally done because PoFear seemed to be too easy to the raid guilds here but:

It *was* classic behaviour (and still is the same on live) that trash mobs in the Plane of Fear could not summon players. This was a key element of the zone, allowing good players to kite in there. I would like to see it patched back to this behaviour.

I also think it is not a good idea to make smaller/lower end guilds suffer from a beefed up PoFear breakin just because the high end guilds at the time could break it with ease. It is really a fact that all encounters are much easier nowadays because there's so many veterans playing, and we're approaching mobs in a much different way than we used to back in the days.

Please consider making PoFear truly classic - maybe with the revamp, when golems get the good loot?
