I'm aware of the date. Luclin was released 10 days later. The server is still in Kunark. Looking at the evidence from Kunark, he isn't on the list of ring of scale faction hits until 2002, and there is no evidence that he had a faction hit at all prior to that, and you have the proof in absentia in plain text on the Ring of Scale list that I provided by moving forward through the updates.

Ring of Scale appeared on Lady Vox and Mistmoore npcs slightly before the release of Kunark. Slightly before the release of Luclin, you have a sudden influx of posts about his faction hit. If it isn't documented, it didn't happen. Everything, no matter how minor, is documented somewhere on some site. So far, going through all of your own resources, and by my own contribution of the rest of the resources that exist, there is no evidence to support you.
