SERIOUS ISSUE with server that must be fixed

Well it was kind of classic, on Vallon Zek and Tallon Zek, but it's very clearly not meant to be this way on Red99.

I'm of course talking about the color of everyone's name/guild. When you go /role, your name turns pink. And when other players go /role, their names are supposed to go pink, too. But they don't [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

For some reason, everyone has the deep RED color, whether they are roleplaying or not. Purple names show up, for the oor range players. What gives with the in range people? This makes it difficult for me, as a roleplayer, to determine who else is a roleplayer. And this has lead to some very awkward and embarrassing in-game moments. It's good you people can't see my face, it was as red as my name! [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
