Chant-kiting I wouldn't even bother with personally. Swarming kills a train much faster and even without a Goblin Gazughi Ring is going to be leet.

Ok, time to burst your bubble again bro. Swarm kiting doesn't work on P99 / R99. Those screenshots you linked are from AE kiting. Bards have to run in a small circle (just barely out of melee range) and sing their AE PBAE songs. It requires them to not fuck up or all the mobs catch up and 1-round them. That means there's infinite chance of people fucking with you when you have to carefully kite shit.
