Charming in kedge is legit. The specs in oasis always seemed easier than feerrot, its been awhile though. Dwarves are cool, but it fucks up your epic. Dwarves and specs in feerrot have a 10(15??) % exp bonus for being in a newbie zone iirc though.

Honestly, get better at casting, running, sitting/medding, running, casting, rinse/repeat. Or max your wis. Or go get a mana stone. *shrug*

Edit: You can fix your dwarf faction though factioning. its not impossible.
