4th. the hype is already dying down. everybody already knows the server is coming out. anyone who would schedule time off from work will not be leaving the server just because they couldn't schedule a monday off (also, they can just call in sick).
however ppl who begin to play the new games coming out will not look back for quite awhile. there is always a potential tweak, upcoming holiday, weekend out of town, raging wife, etc. reason to *not* release the server. But bottom line, it's ready. open it up and lets get this shit started. ppl will accept patches as the server goes on if everything isn't sparkly perfect. as darworth said, if it's not released soon, there will definitely be less ppl
"November 18th>? hrm, o wait, now that we are closer to it, i see that Thanksgiving is only 4 days after that weekend. ppl won't be able to play near launch because they will be with their families.. hrm i guess we better push it back to the December 2nd now.."
