Been a long time since I played on Uthgard, but I do have a thane in the high 40s, maybe even 50.
My favorite classes though were never completed: Bonedancer and Spiritmaster. I'm a sucker for pet classes and unfortunately pets were messed up/incomplete. Bonedancers were missing entirely and Spiritmaster pets were not finished. I did have a problem with a lot of people not speaking english there. It's hard to play with others when everyone's speaking a different language.
