Monks have better utility. I guess anyone has better utility than warriors, but mend is nice and feign death can be hugely important in dungeon PvP. You don't want to train someone, but... accidents happen, right? And if you get trained or mobs randomly add during PvP, being able to feign them off is a winning card all by itself. The only problem with monks is they don't have much gear before Kunark, and that'll make it really hard to get decent resists. You basically won't get 100MR until you can get your hands on jacinth rings and Tranix crown, and that's some pretty high-end shit pre-Kunark. Planar gear and that no-drop 10MR monk mask from Kedge makes everything a bit better, but the common player won't get any of this very easily.

Go ogre warrior for best stats. If you refuse to look like an enormous baby in a diaper, go barbarian - frontal stun immunity is fairly inconsequential to a warrior, you can't cast spells anyway. Trolls get -20FR while barbarians get +10CR, and that's a pretty big deal. Regen is overrated on a class that can't solo anyway, and a difference of 30 points of important resists is huge in classic. The key factor is slam, so don't make a dwarf warrior. You'll gimp yourself out of the most important PvP ability you can have on a warrior.

just.....wow...wtb help making fun of these noobs
