Skeleton in qeynos catacombs is ready to attack

When you go down into the catacombs from the arena in qeynos, the skeletons agro me and I cant get to my guildmaster to turn in my starting quest. I remember they didnt agro on necros or sks. Even tested it on blue to confirm.
