Tell me how "balance" works, say if you're an enchanter OOM and sitting when the Ogre SK walks up, Cling Darkness' your ass and double whacks you + HT and the fight begins.

Pvp isn't usually going to start with an 1840s pistol duel set of rules... in my experience, he who gets first shot is going to have a pretty good start on things.
