No servers showing on server select

I just recently moved, and still operating on wireless. Same brand router, same settings, yet now when I log in I get a blank server select screen. Tried searching and what not, and check settings on the router but it was reset to default, so nothing changed from my other location. Running on Win 7 and I manually install everything. It worked fine Saturday night before moving, not tonight I get nothing. Any suggestions?
