This is a horrible double standard that people just seem to look the other way about because "that's just the way it is".

Like I said before Anger, it does frustrate me as well, but you can't control what's going on. All you can do is work within the system the best you can, to make the system best for everyone.

This not only means pointing out when you get the shrot end of the stick, but when you get the long end as well. "Why did I get the promotion when Melissa has been here longer and works just as hard as me?"

Equality is equality.
