No, level 1's will not be able to be attacked. Your question has already been answered. No safe zones. This isn't fucking PoP or Luclin. If you want a reasonably safe trade you do it at a bank that both parties can meet at. Don't withdraw your money til you feel it is safe to do so and if they decide to attack, yay, you're right there to put it back into safety.

Or drop transfer items you are sellin to the level 1 and auction them wherever you please. So long as you have reliable friends to xfer the money back ofc.

That is of course to assume coin loot even gets implemented, which we obviously do not know yet.
Like I said, SZ was my first PvP experience in EQ.

You guys seem mortified when any safe area or zone is mentioned, but are ok with low levels being immune to PVP?

Fuck that... No immunity. Hell you might as well have safe areas if you're going to allow immunity to low levels.
