YouDO realize that the delivering from 60 to 54 was just an example right? People of various levels will be delivered by the same percentage of gained XP. So, someone Lvl 55 will go down, 50 will go down, 40, etc. I think you really didn't think this through and/or didn't read the post by Rogean.

The character's total experience will be reduced by a percentage equal to their level. Meaning a level 60 will lose 60% of their total experience worth.

So a Level 54 player will lose 54% of their gained XP and so on.. You have nothing to worry about bud.
