Definitely not reading 29 pages of posts about a guy that can't win a camp but just to make your life easier if you want stormfeather go there and wait for it to spawn. When the mob spawns note how the guy is AFK and start killing it. Worst case scenario he comes back before its dead and you botched his loot right sale by starting the corpse timer for him, best cast scenario you kill it before he is back (most likely) and loot it and he has no claim because he was AFK and therefore not maintaining the camp. Even if he does come back to loot it you killed the last PH and can stay like he did until the next spawn having the camp claimed as your own.
