Tried to login to Green and it says I am banned

Logged in to my username hotsauce812 last night 6/26 and still the next morning and it says I am banned when trying to get onto Green server. Contacted a GM and was told to post here about it. I have absolutely no idea why I would be banned lol was just grinding in Kurns by myself or with a groupmate or two this week playing casually.
