Merge Blue and Green, make Warders blockers for Sleeper, add Sleeper loot table

What I'm getting from these responses, is, we need to wake the sleeper immediately on next server launch as a protest to these old dogs that 'been there done that' and want to gatekeep this content from the rest of us.
