<Castle> Claiming all of KC

So Castle was camping Pawbuster I assume for the pipe. We set up in LCY and notice that they are eye pulling mobs that would typically be pulled by LCY. Not only that, they are bypassing LCY and pulling mobs through lcy, dropping stragglers onto us. I call them out for this and they say something that they are bored etc.

I pull Hangnail and one other hand to LCY and they just take the mobs from us. Nobody was in Hands room, the two mobs have been up for a few minutes at least and nobody claims the camp. So why is a guild who is drowning in ToV/Kael and oother raid loot stealing Hangnail from a random group? Like you cannot compete with Kingdom and Steal team so you bully your way around other groups?
