What does "Resist:Magic (-200)" mean in a spell wiki page?

For example, Ice Breath, cast by Lord Yelinak (https://wiki.project1999.com/Ice_Breath) has the line mentioned in the title (Resist:Magic (-200)). How do I interpret this number?

For comparison, Flash of light has Resist: Magic (0).
