Completely random loot table, any mob can drop anything item that exists in the game (including legacy items that no longer drop if its a temporary one time event). The irony is if you do this and quake most people will probably fall into normal quake raid patterns but the people who will benefit the most are likely just dominating swaths of greenies en masse on their own to maximize drops.
Would have to ensure only mobs that give exp can drop loot as they have done on other events to prevent lvl 60s from just mass farming newbie zones.
