Disciples of the goddess of love wear purity belts, which implies they view sex as a sacred act between committed lovers, and casual sex in the absence of love to be profane. So erollisi worship in Norrath is a socially conservative institution. Or are the sisters of Erollisi a fundamentalist sect that have split off from the free-loving faydwer elves????

The Nybright sisters traveled to Antonica, were influenced somehow, and upon their return to Faydwer, rebelled against their overbearing now-drunkard father and became bandits. Note that the drunkard, Tandan Nybright, is a high elf, and his daughters are all half elves. Is mom an Antonican human he knocked up out of wedlock, and was the union subsequently shunned in Faydwer? Did they get a taste of freedom in Antonica and chafe against Faydwer's oppressive ancien régime? Perhaps they are not bandits, but revolutionaries--- remember, they don't attack you on sight. We just take Tandan's word for it.

Perhaps the sister isle is in the fold after all.
