I feel like we won enough raids, surely at this point it is more fun to make use of what shows up? Or maybe it is better to run the exact same encounter for the 300th time.

I do understand why leaders/playmakers push for optimal roles because other than draft week you cant always win a mob without the right fte crew. Maybe i noticed this a lot because i was usually seeing raid mobs during workday hours where the squads were smaller(sometimes).
