Anyway I know a lot about certain things but this place is a chain and the use a really cheap wax it’s harsh. Private Esthitician’s use better wax and two types of wax. They call it soft and hard. She was very slow and had to keep going over the spots . My girl up north wasoving fast . She had one strip drying and one getting off . This girl literally lost her grip and would stop . I didn’t want to scare my niece but I was like Jesus Christ she’s terrible…

You should be able to get most off with the soft wax , than go back once for clean up with the dry. And than immediately hold down the spot. You have a rush of pain but it stops quick also“
