Powerade vs Gatorade

Oh yea. Totally different goals of drinks. Monster is chocked full of caffeine and Gatorade is meant to rehydrate

I personally would always defer to a pre-workout powder than a monster, bang, ghost, or c4. Although ghost and c4 also originated as pre-workout powders before they became energy drinks
