THJ are using 8 year old twitter screenshots of former DBG employees personal opinions as evidence. Screenshots of 6 year old PC gamer articles on P99 where the article explicitly references the agreement and it only gets worse. It all looks extremely amateur and only a couple of their contributions to their defense look like it was actually written by a lawyer.
