We need to find new people or the community is cooked, or rather, it will remain cooked for the next decade.
For any randoms out there, or even disgruntled ROTers, why hasn't the community grown at all. Why haven't you attracted new people. If the community doesn't try to grow and appeal to new people it's over.
That's the thing though, I think those leaders want it to be over. They are so disgruntled and broken as people they want to burn it to the ground. They are not creators. They are literally the opposite. The shame from Nizzar lives deep in their bones.
