Adding spells to merchants in OT, I need to add 59-60 spells loot tables to those mobs, also need to verify that spells are dropping in the 51-58 range or w/e. Spells in general in Kunark need to be fixed.

Today is day of fixing the spells. i generally focus more on content and mechanics, and we were using the instant 60/spells script b4 so now that it's a legit VZTZ box I need to go over all of that.
