9/11 was a multilayered psyop but more importantly a reveal of breakthrough technology that has yet to be un-compartmentalized and is a major reason of current geopolitical mechanisms. Such as every country on the planet injecting their population with a novel MRNA technology (pro-tip it is refined in compartmentalized research) to what we can safely say now was a psyop in itself, however being this novel technology that was very nearly globally forced has been shown, increasingly more to be, um, not good.
