Killed like 30 of them 3 months ago. They have some... peculiar behaviors but nothing crazy. I can't vouch for the exp at 50 but I'd say they'd be worth trying.

The live ones had peculiar behavior too: when the main goo dies, it spawns several "mini goos" on the corpse of the main goo. The mini-goos were a lot weaker (IIRC light blue or green), and they despawned after awhile.
Here the spawned goos weren't classic because they were as tough as the main goo, and didn't despawn ... but again I believe this was fixed, as
the ticket was closed awhile ago.
