As someone without diabetus or an alcohol addiction, I can say I did hear a rumor, and it may just be a rumor, that the USSR’s “Stoli” brand Russian vodka had a cap that had to be broken to be removed
Meaning it couldn’t be re-capped, encouraging the user to finish the bottle. And that alcoholism was in a sense encouraged by the USSR | ||
