Can someone explain to me how using sanctions to stop your enemy from doing something is any different than using tariffs to stop your ally from doing something?
Like, what's the dif between sanctions and tariffs?
Sanctions are our subjects can't do business with you.
Tariffs are OK our subjects can do business with you, but they have to pay us a tax.
