It just doesn’t make sense to me to declare a “war” against gangs or cartels or whoever
If you are going to do something, just do it. Don’t give them free intel so they can prep better. If you want some praise, say what you did after it’s done. Talk is cheap Or do it and don’t ever say you did. “Oh I dunno what happened, wasn’t us”. I mean it’s kinda shady, but it’s the smartest way overall IMO to avoid as much retaliation | ||
