I have the same problem. It's incredibly slow, like <1fps, even on the login screen. (Although some things, like mouse cursor, move at normal speed.) I can't look around or move, although I can look up and down with the mouse (and oddly, that happens at normal speed). Movement keys don't work, and the whole interface is glitchy, for example clicking an item appears to duplicate it, and it never gets picked up.

This is the same thing that happened after the optional patch last month, by the way. To fix it that time, I reverted to the previous patch. This time I can't.

I tried a complete reinstall, even deleting all of the user files; nothing helps. This laptop is older, running Windows 7, but it's still a decade more recent than EQ Titanium and runs it fine. It has a dedicated graphics card and was top of the line at the time I bought it. I don't think this is a performance issue, though, because of the way some things work at normal speed, and because of the interface errors.

Having the same problem. Can we please revert the client changes in this update? Note: Changing the fps settings did not fix this for me.
