Does anyone know if there is a level restriction to receiving the glowing scroll from Inny? Basically I'm wondering if its possible for a lowbie to be able to receive one of the Inny drops even if they're not high enough level to zone into Plane of Hate to slay Inny. I'd love to get a bracer on my little bard, but don't know if I should waste time getting candy on him if I can't get the reward. Thanks for the input and assistance from everyone. I checked the scroll itself, no level req but that doesn't really mean anything. My nec was 55 at the time. But if you're doing the candy SOLELY for the chance to get a scroll, may not be worth your effort in the least bit because the scroll seems to be VERY rare.
