A petition to honor a server treasure

Whereas: Arleigh, of the Blue server, has long provided Jewelcrafing services for the server and,

Whereas: she charges only minuscule amounts over her costs and,

Whereas: she pays well for components and,

Whereas: she has mastered her skill long ago and,

Whereas: for these things and more, she is widely considered a server treasure and,

Whereas: such exemplary behavior over such a long period of time deserves to be remembered and encouraged,

Be it therefore requested that a new tradable, jewelcrafted item be made available, bearing her name, perhaps with some or all of the following traits:

Very difficult to craft (never trivial)
Rare components
Multiple rare gems (a Blue Diamond and a Black Sapphire?)
Neck
All/All
+15 to all resists
5 AC
20 HP
20 Mana

Perhaps it could be called Arleigh's Necklace of Grace.
