So I was on my solo mage and I was lvl 17 at the time. I went down to the beach in Westfall to kill some murlocs for some eyes for a quest. I engage with one who seems solo and I get an add from behind a wood log. OK np I'll burn this one down and work on the add....

So I kill the mob I was fighting quick enough and switch to the add. I look up at my life and I'm at 40%! Wtf what is hitting me so hard! I turn to run and there is a Murloc who's behind me! Apparently has been hitting me this whole time and I hadn't noticed. So I run passed him and up off the beach and they're chasing me and casting on me and I finally disengaged their aggro with 4% life!!! My adrenaline was pumping so hard I had to hearthstone out just bc I was so shaken up from it lol.

That adrenaline rush lasted over 15 min it was such a thrill! I'll never be able to play wow not hardcore after this experience.

lol this happened in the Melenas cave with my hunter. I teamed up with another hunter to kill melenas and we were crawling through the cave. We get to a spot near some rocks where we have to jump down... he jumps down, I do not, because there were mobs down there and we would have been dead-zoned unless we created space, which would have agro'd more mobs. So he's meleeing them and I'm shooting from above. All clear, so I jump down. As soon as I land we get a hyperspawn, everything repops.

We manage to melee it all to death but he's at 15% HP and I tell him to eat "lmao I don't have any food". I go to hand him some of mine and Melenas is walking up, agro's him and brings another. He tries to run, frantically tries to jump onto a rock, and dies. Oh fuck, my only chance is to run. So I run up the tunnel and get a bunch of shit following me, almost die, drink a pot, almost dead again. Thought for sure it was over... luckily I'm still just lvl 8. I turn a corner and there's another hunter clearing down through the tunnel and some stuff is dead, but I'm still in peril. I turn another corner and there are a few more grell, but they are casters. I run by them and they start casting shadow bolts that surely would have killed my if I didn't make it out of the cave, turn a corner, and LOS them.

Got out of the cave with maybe 15% HP and got attacked by a nightsaber lol, but luckily it is green. We duke it out and I survive with basically no HP. One daze, a slightly higher level tiger, one additional shadow bolt, all would have killed my permanently. Had to go chill in the inn for a bit and change my pants. Hunter's last words were "Good luck man" before his soul left his body. Godspeed Survitor
