Lax drug policy leads to millions of people making an incredibly dangerous journey, often dying in the process, not to mention enriching cartels and traffickers in the process. So take it up with the dems and their hopelessly naive hippie dippie policies with regard to drug policy.

The US will never fund enough treatment to undo half of the brain damage done during this really really bad drug epidemic of a decade+.

That's not a political point either. Junkies moved to Portland like flies to shit, that's Portland's stupidity but junkies gonna junkie.

Whose fault is the drug addict? Themselves. It's their addiction. Can they be helped? Some. Are these people often outright neurologically be-dwarved? Yes. Do we have the resources to help them all? No. Will anything in this paragraph change? No.
