the entire thing it has going is insta-click, and if 5 seconds is gonna make-or-break your gameplay

then you suck at gameplay

I think the target switching comment is comparing COS to the goblin gazughi ring. The gazughi ring requires you to target yourself before clicking invis to break charm. It's nice QOL bump to not have to do that for sure with the instant COS.
