This item drops from Ancient Guardian post revamp Chardok.

(edit: I would have to dig in logs for the precise date it may have been 2 months ago now. also super super rare 100+ kills and only saw this once so far and I have spent much time in Chardok pre and post revamp) jaladiun/jaladian/vekter | ||
