Trolls aren't as great here. There's a list of racials in the design page.

You can eventually reincarnate and get more than just 1 race. The faction modifiers will merge into your character, too.

My favorite is Froglok thus far - if you turn on walk mode, you get a superjump and you still run at the same as your run speed.
