I've found a common trait among successful people is tenacious perseverance.

My business is B2B, so I only work with business owners. They comes in all shapes and sizes, and yes, some of them aren't the sharpest. But they all make it work whatever it takes. Willing to step up when others are tired, etc.

That's what separates the boys from the men.

Success in business usually also means a lack of empathy. A sociopathic lack of empathy.
