Tumpy Tonics.. quest..

I can't remember the exact name of it. It was close to 7 yrs ago. However, I remember in a bar in Freeport. You could get a quest for a guy that wanted Tumpy or Trumpy tonics. You had to take the boat to a island between freeport and the dwarven area. get off the boat buy as many cocanuts as you could and go back to freeport to make tonics. At the end of it you turned them in for really good xp. Any way does this quest still exist?
