i dont take anything to suppress it if anything some of the extra estrogen in my system bleeds off into what little T i have plus pituitary/adrenals pumping out chemicals that downstream into T

I would be much better off if i exercised and got a lot of natural D (vitamin D) butt that aint happenin - it makes a big difference and is a great source of natural hormones
