In London for training this week and got a one week pass to a 24 hour gym in the city. Fuck me now I get all the memes about planet fitness and 24 hour fitness. This place is a mad house. Super packed full of people doing all sorts of wacky shit. Every two seconds it’s “hey bruv, how many sets you got left?” “You done with this?” “Can I rotate in?” . People taking ten minutes between sets and playing on their phones, No one racks their weights, excessive grunting and slamming weights down, and the dumbbell rack is a god damn mess.
I guess there’s no place like home. Still gettin it though!
